Tech note: Analysis of antibody-antigen binding kinetics on Alto Digital SPR using a Protein A capture reagent

Nicoya’s Protein A Capture Kit allows users to capture antibodies or Fc-tagged proteins directionally, offering an optimal orientation for analyte binding. This method also enables users to capture ligands from crude samples or matrix compositions, which may be incompatible with direct coupling methods. This tech note describes protocols for use of the Protein A Capture Kit with Alto to measure the binding kinetics of Influenza A H5N1 HA antigen and a H5N1 HA antibody.

Tech note: Analysis of biotin-tagged proteins on Alto digital SPR using a streptavidin functionalized sensor

Nicoya’s Streptavidin Kit allows users to irreversibly capture biotinylated ligands. This method also enables users to capture ligands from crude samples or matrix compositions, which may be incompatible with direct coupling methods. This technical note examines the performance of the Streptavidin Kit with Alto to measure the kinetics of biotinylated IL-6R binding to an anti-IL-6R antibody Tocilizumab, an immunosuppressant.

Tech note: Analysis of HIS-tagged ligands on Alto digital SPR using an anti-HIS capture sensor

Nicoya’s Anti-HIS Capture Kit gives users the ability tocapture histidine-tagged ligands directionally, offering an optimal orientation for analyte binding. This method also enables users to capture HIS-tagged ligands from crude samples or from matrix compositions which may be incompatible with direct coupling methods. This technical note examines the performance of the Anti-HIS Capture Kit with Alto to measure the kinetics of HIS-tagged Influenza A H5N1 hemagglutinin (HA) antigen and a H5N1 HA antibody.
