Analysis of Antibody-Antigen Binding Kinetics on Digital SPR using the Protein G Capture Kit

Nicoya’s Protein G Capture Kit allows users to capture antibodies or Fc-tagged proteins directionally, offering an optimal orientation for analyte binding. This method also enables users to capture ligands from crude samples or matrix compositions that may be incompatible with direct coupling methods. This technical note describes protocols for use of the Protein G Capture Kit with Nicoya’s Digital SPR™ instruments, to measure the binding kinetics of multiple subclasses of mouse IgGs to Sars-CoV-2 Spike S1. Digital SPR’s pre-optimized Protein G Capture Kit and protocols allow users to reduce experiment design time by offering a pre-developed assay configuration.
