FastHDX Sample Service Giveaway & Data Use Terms

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • One (1) FastHDX Sample Service project per person will be awarded. The scope, number of samples, and experimental conditions will be defined by Nicoya in collaboration with the selected recipient. Additional services, follow-on studies, or expanded scope are not included unless separately agreed upon.
  • Winner selection is at Nicoya’s sole discretion and will be based on scientific fit, application relevance, feasibility, and eligibility.
  • As a condition of receiving the FastHDX Sample Service, the recipient agrees to collaborate with Nicoya on a mutually agreed-upon dataset generated using FastHDX.
  • Resulting data may be used by Nicoya for scientific, educational, and co-marketing purposes, including but not limited to application notes, posters, presentations, website content, and digital marketing materials.
  • The scope of data use, attribution, review rights, and timing of any external use will be agreed upon in writing prior to publication or public disclosure.
  • No confidential or proprietary information will be shared or disclosed without the recipient’s prior written approval
