- Alto’s SPR sensors are located inside of a disposable microfluidic cartridge, and nanoliter sized droplets containing the various reagents and samples are brought to the sensor surface using a technology called digital microfluidics. This gives researchers reproducible, quantitative data they can act on with confidence.
- BLI uses biolayer interferometry to measure the binding of a molecule in a well plate to a molecule immobilized on a biosensor probe, known as a “dip and read” measurement.
